Hande Ozcikrikci Kheirolomor
The year was 2005 when I stopped using any conventional treatment methods to cure myself and any conventional thinking methods to understand the universe, the human body and psyche. So my journey begins to understand the unity of creations and the universe. I studied sufism, as a curious girl, I studied massage therapies to ease the pain of my close friends and family, for years I studied Homeopathy to help hundreds of people to get better from their sicknesses. Finally I studied yoga to understand myself better, I studied Pilates to help my body to get stronger and teach people to improve their body structure. and for years I studied Astrology to satisfy my soul, to get the hints from the macrocosmos about the microcosmos.
At the end I become myself as today, helping people when i can, helping myself when i want and live the life in a good manner so that the universe would be happy to have me inside. I live in a village in Bodrum, I teach pilates classes and apply homeopathy for people who need someone experienced besides themselves.

Bodyworks
Yuri Radomisli is trained and certified by the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute in California, U.SA. Over the last ten years he has worked at sports’ events, retreat centers, health institutes, hotels, and freelance in the U.S., The Netherlands, Brazil, and Turkey. He has assisted and worked with therapists such as John Harris (author of Fix Pain), Michael Gibian (Somatic Arts, California), and Rasal (Rebalancing). Yuri has a deeply spiritual approach to bodywork yet prioritizes practicality and effectiveness. The client’s needs, safety, and comfort are of prime priority whether the session’s goals are relaxation or therapy-specific. It is Yuri’s goal is to accommodate the client’s needs to the best of his ability in care and mindfulness, while in creative service to humanity.
Sessions:
A typical session includes modalities such as: Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sport’s massage, re- balancing, quantum touch, and reiki. Rather than using one or other of the modalities the session is personalized according to the client’s needs. During the session the client chooses whether the session will be focused towards relaxation or to work on a particular physical issue.
Important to understand:
Pain is often misunderstood and over-rated. To experience pain can be incredibly debilitating and frustrating. Conventional therapies either prescribe drugs, or one is told that the problem is psychological in nature. Actually, 85% of experienced pain is muscular-related. Troubled muscles often contain knots in the muscle’s fibers. These knots become hyper-sensitive to touch and typically refer pain to other parts of the body. This is why often pain is mis-diagnosed and is left untreated, thereby creating even more anxiety and frustration about the problem. With any given pain usually one to five aggravated muscles are causing all or most of the experienced discomfort. In a therapeutic session the therapist learns which muscles are causing the pain and then reduces or resolves the pain by releasing, lengthening and strengthening the muscle, using methods mentioned above. Generally one to six sessions are sufficient to either resolve the pain completely or to create a significant change in pain reduction and discomfort. Session also include educating the client on self-care and one learns what to do when pain patterns reoccur. Once the nature of pain is understood it is very surprising and eye-opening how easy it actually is to manage and cure pain. Life is too short to live it in pain.
Focus on releasing tight muscles and irritated tendons
Typical Results:
A deep sense of release and relief Increased sports performance/flexibility/range of motion. Feeling at home in the body Sense of clarity about the nature of the problem Feeling younger and more present Increased strength and stamina Experiencing how it is like to feel good again.
Appropriate for people who:
Are experiencing pain Have physical discomfort which no one seems to be able to cure or give clarity about. Want to increase physical well-being (direct influence on mental well-being as well) Want to increase sport’s performance and athletic abilities. Feel the need for sporadic physical maintenance. Simply enjoy a good massage.

WHAT IS KALARI
Kalari is an Indian Martial Art and Healing Art form that is as old as Yoga and Ayurveda, which originated and was kept alive in Kerala as a closed oral tradition for thousands of years. It is the sister to Yoga and Ayurveda, and there are elements of those practices in Kalari.
This powerful meditation in movement has a systematic approach to training the complete Self: the body, the emotions and the mind. Kalari is a physically demanding practice, but the beauty is that persons of any physical condition can participate.
AUBRI
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Aubri began yoga in college. After discovering Prana Flow, she awakened within a sense of peace, freedom, and liberation through movement. She began her studies with Shiva Rea in an effort to offer others this same gift of exploration. Her pursuit of yoga led her to India where she studied kalarippayat in the lineage of C.M. Sherif Gurukkal. She is honored to have received permission to transmit the teaching of Kalari to the west. Aubri supports her movement based practices with her bachelors in psychology and her holistic health counseling certification.
